Refund policy

We understand that a product may not always be the right fit. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email info@hxtnsupply.com with your order reference and reason for return. Our team will provide the correct return address and next steps.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned:

• Unworn

• With original tags attached

• In full resellable condition

If an item does not meet these conditions, our customer care team may decline the return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return arrives with us and is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
