Orders placed from 01/11/25 can be returned until 09/01/26.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.

Shipping costs:

• UK Recorded – £3.50

• UK Express – £5.50

• Europe Standard – Country dependent

• USA Standard – $19.99

Free Shipping:

• UK orders over £39.99

• EU orders over €79.99

Delivery estimates:

• UK: 2–4 working days from dispatch

• International: 7–10 working days

All orders ship via tracked services.

Dispatch Times

• Orders placed Mon–Fri are usually processed the same day and dispatched within 1 business day.

• Orders placed after 11am on Friday are processed the following Monday.

• We don’t currently offer Saturday delivery. Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.

Returns

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt.

Email info@hxtnsupply.com with your order reference and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

Please note:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• Items must be unworn, with tags, and in resellable condition

• Refunds cover product cost only (shipping is non-refundable)

• All returns are checked by our customer care team before processing
