Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery where the details provided by you are incorrect or incomplete.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
You have a 15-minute window from placing your order if you wish to cancel. Please email us with your order number as soon as possible.
After this 15-minute window, your order may already be in processing or dispatched. In that case, you may still be able to return your order in line with our Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
